Thanks, Hmmmmm -- that sauce was really good. I used just a bit of red pepper flakes (added a nice zing!), spinach and halved grape tomatoes added before serving (didn't have sundried tomatoes, but I bet that would make it extra good.) Served over thinly chopped zucchini with pre-prepared chicken breast cubes.  YUM! ;D

look for the Insprialized cookbook on Amazon too!

Bringing this thread back to add that if you just want to make zoodles and not specifically the spiral shapes, you can use a box grater.

This web page has a nice tutorial (animated GIF included!) of how to use the box grater to make zucchini noodles. I made my first zoodles recently and they were yummy! With enough spaghetti sauce on them, I didn't even know I was eating veggies instead of pasta.  :)
