Interaction between Mark Read and back button
« on: February 09, 2017, 07:31:39 AM »
There is a weird interaction today between using the Mark Read button and the back button. For example, I use the Mark Read on the page that lists the messages in a topic (Time For A Coffee Break). Then when I clicked the back button, it did not go back to the listing of topics. It took me back to Time For A Coffee Break topic, but the way it was when I clicked the Mark Read button (so all the New buttons are there again.) I tested that on some other topics and subtopics, and all are operating the same way. If you right-click on the back button, the "extra" page is listed. I'm using IE 11 on Windows 7.

Unrelated, but every time I see this topic I think "Who is this Mark Read and what's his interest in her back button?"
