What does "Report to moderator http:// logged" mean?  On one of my posts, I noticed that there was what looked like a time and a date after the flash symbol.

What does "Report to moderator http:// logged" mean?  On one of my posts, I noticed that there was what looked like a time and a date after the flash symbol. 

At the bottom right of every post there is a "Report to Moderator" link for reporting that particular post.  Directly next to it is that message's poster's IP address.  I and the global moderators can see the IP address but everyone else sees it as "Logged" to maintain privacy. So it looks like it says "Report to Moderator Logged" but really, it's two separate functions.
