This one

Banner type says

“Please do not enter the dangerous area beyond this gate! You quite possibly will be hurt, then you will sue, then a protracted court battle will ensue exhausting your financial resources and you will lose because this sign that warned you will be ‘Exhibit 1′.”

This one is French.  I have no clue what information it's trying to convey.

Could it be some sort of exercise trail, where you do a different exercise at each station?  So that here at Station #6 you jump over a log a few times?

Do not step on the Eye of Sauron.

A bit of background so you'll see why this sign is so funny to me: If you walk down my street, there is one person who has a big dog. A big vicious dog. It is kept behind a fence, with lots of signs. "Beware of dog" etc. Well this week I walked by and a new sign struck me as hysterical. Note: Anything in parenthesis is a picture, not actual words. The sign said:

Prayer (Praying hands)  is the best way to meet the lord. Tresspassing is (big dog) faster.

:D I think it might be a modified version of the one with the gun, but in its place it has a dog. *Snicker*

This isn't quite a sign but I think it belongs here.

Today, we received a brochure for a cemetery.  The front page reads,  'Family is where life begins and love never ends.  When you plan ahead with family, it's piece-of-mind for all of you'.

Yup.  That's right.  Dad was never reticent about giving us a piece of his mind when the mood hit him (and it often did).  how soothing it will be to hear him commenting on our weight, our financial decisions or our choices of partner from beyond the grave.

That's better than what I'm envisioning - divvying up the gray matter of the dearly departed . . .

I drove home tonight behind a van with the slogan "Best Erections in the South West" emblazoned on it...

(I believe they are a Marquee hire company)

CHILDRENS FIRST
Christian school

I can't tell whether this is a childrens's first attempt at running a school or if it's "Think of the childrens!" taken to the extreme  :P but I'm not sure I'd send my kid to any school with such poor grammatical skills that they'd advertise them on the sign . . .

A few weeks ago I saw this huge banner that was draped across an entire street.  It was for a church and was advertising a "Blessing of the backpacks".  Never seen that before.

Our church does a backpack and school supply drive, but we don't bless the backpacks.
