I am sure that you all know about this and I'm probably going to look like "Janie-come-lately" but if you've not tried it....
Self-foaming handsoap is a gift from the gods when you have a little one. It works great even when they don't do the world's greatest job washing their hands. And my son loves all things that foam, so he thinks it's big fun.
We like the Germ-X one, or Dial.

LOL! It's not just for kids!

At a friend's house Saturday watching football one of the guys came out of the bathroom with a "Hey, did you guys see the soap in there? It's already foam when it comes out of the bottle! How do they do that? That's so cool! You have to try it!"

This guy is an almost 30 year old man with a 4 year degree.

I admit I'm amazed by foaming soap. There's nothing better than when washing your hands in a public bathroom and reach for the saop, SURPRISE!!! It's foamy already!

The thing I love about foamy soap is that it's not only foamy, it's STILL SOAPY!  How do it do that?

There are also pump bottles you can put any liquid soap in to turn it foamy.

I have kids over quite a bit, and I know how they do not like to take time to wash hands.  I simply ask them,"what color was the soap when it came out?"
Surprise!
because no matter what the color in the bottle, the foam is white.  Plus, it smells good!
I get bottles at Bath and Body Works and then refill with my own liquid soap and water and add scented oils. 
The grocery store also sells a few brands of foamy soap.
Great fun product.
I also like the Purell type waterless soaps you can carry in a purse.  I get fruit scented. 

The scent also is a way to "check" if a kid really did wash.

Yes!  I love my foaming Dawn dish soap.  You just spread it around a pan with a wet sponge and leave it for a minute.  It cleans it right up!

Yeah, I think you can even get self-foaming hand soap specifically for kids, that smells like watermelon, bubble gum, blue raspberry, or green apple.......don't quote me on that, though, I'm not completely sure.

Yeah, I like that, but there is one problem we do have with it.  When my granddaughter uses it, she puts it in her hair!
