T'Mar!  I love those pics!  Wow! 

That's a really good camera - it's an Olympus 4.0 megapixel and it's fantastic. I'm only an amateur photographer but I've worked hard to take decent pics. Last year the school didn't get someone to take official school photographs, so the only photo my class got of themselves was the collage I made on my computer (more of less the same as the one from this year, only I had 7 more kids last year.

Okay, I've got some pictures to share.
I took them in Dorset last year.

This is the rather beautiful Blue Pool. Minerals in the water make it this luminous blue colour.

This is just a sea view but I loved the shape of the bay.

This has been my desktop background for ages. It's a combination of a gorgeous blue sky and artistically arranged trees!

I love Rothenburg too. I was so sad when my friend (she's German but married to a US soldier)moved to Illesheim after her hubby came back from Iraq. Before she moved on post, she lived right off the square.
We still go there all the time but now I don't get to meet her for breakfast we just go to Bad Windsheim to have breakfast since it's closer.

I must confess that we haven't been to Neuschwanstein. We've been to Linderhof many times but we've been saving Neuschwanstein for when the boys get a little bit older. Both are on the Autism Spectrum and we know that the younger one couldn't handle the tour.
The last time we were at Linderhof, he freaked out about going up the stairs so I took him out and sat on a bench in the snow and let him put together his Kinder Egg toy.

This was taken in NY two summers ago.  We were on Liberty Island, and this was the view of Manhattan...it's hazy, but I think I actually like it better like this!

YAY! I am so glad there is some interest here for the photo thread, and I am a nature girl all the way! I love the hawks, they are so beautiful aren't they? As you will see in the photos, I live in a great big meadow. In the summer, mice and other rodents abound, so the Marsh Hawks are EVERYWHERE!

This herd of Elk is called the Takhini Herd, named after the river that runs about 500m away from my house. The first picture is when they are wayyyyy on the other side of the yard from my house. I estimate about 110 of them as I got about half of them counted and gave up at 55!

I live in Waikiki & the view is of Mo'ili'ili and Manoa Valley with the Ko'olau Range in the background.

This is my favorite view from my lanai.  I love the way sunset colors the clouds.
