False.  I skipped lunch

TPBM welcomed a new furry family member home today!

Sadly, false. I would love to get a kitty but it would definitely cramp our ability to take impromptu trips on a whim which I've really enjoyed after being tied down for so many years with a full-time job.

TPBM is waiting to see if the world really does end before finally, FINALLY making the effort to string the outdoor lights around the porch railing (that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it! It's not that I'm lazy--really! ;))

Nope. We have all our decorations up, and I wasn't worrying about that at all.

TPBM can't wait for Christmas Eve! My family does a Christmas Eve snack after church that's really elaborate, and I love hanging out with family anyway.

Somewhat. This is the first time my fiance and I have been together for Christmas.

TPBM is loving having her kitten sleeping on her laptop. So cute.

Nope, not the laptop.  They were both curled up in my lap while I was watching a Hitchcock movie... and I loved every second.  (Even though they're not really kittens anymore; they're eight months old now and I can't believe how big they've grown!)

The person below me is all finished his/her Christmas shopping, thank heavens!

True! Now all I have to do is wrap them and I'm good to go.

TPBM would like to know how those [non-eHell-friendly word] squirrels dismantle the sunflower seed feeder. It's getting ridiculous....

Ninja powers, I tell ya. At least that what the ones around here use.

TPBM has....nothing to do. What?! Really? This is weird..........

OK, MMSWM---what furrball did you get? :) Details, if you please!

False, I'm insanely busy today, but sitting here on the computer.  *sigh*  I'll get to it, I swear.

TPBM is having WAY too much fun at a family member's expense today (not in a mean way...my father is playing Santa at an event, and there's been no end of good natured ribbing going on)

happygrrl, I got a one year old mastiff.  There's a picture of him on the thread "Meet Max" in the cuteliness section :)

Awesome! Sounds like fun! (And I took a look--he.is.gorgeous--and your boys look so happy; you're a great mom!)

TPBM is enjoying Christmas Eve Eve by doing nothing. Ah........   the greatest luxury of all-

Sadly, that is false. I have to work today. I'm hoping they let us all go early though. When you work for an emergency pharmacy, you don't get much extra time off, especially at Christmas.

TPBM is excited for their MIL to cook dinner tonight.
Sell crazy somewhere else, we're all stocked up here.

Sort of.  We're making a fondue so we'll both be working on it.

TPBM is quite happy that the only thing to be done today is pick up a few vegetables for tomorrow.

Almost true.  I have to wrap a few presents as well.

TPBM is happy cause it's her birthday!

False, I am not much of a bird watcher.

TPBM is looking forward to the Feast of the Seven Fishes.

False - I'm not sure what that entails (could someone please enlighten me?)

TPBM is getting ready to enjoy a glass of wine before the craziness with family gets started... :)
