There's a local business that makes Stephens Gourmet hot chocolate mixes.  Besides regular chocolate, they have Mint, Orange, Raspberry, Cinnamon, Irish Creme, and probably others I've never tried.  I don't know how widely they distribute but if you find it in your local store I highly recommend it.  They mix with water and they're fabulous!  It's a wonderful cocoa flavor with just a hint of the additional flavor, not so much that it over powers the cocoa.  My fav is the cinnamon and orange.

I'd rather have whipped cream on my hot chocolate than marshmallows.....maybe I'll ask the dining hall people at school to start offering both.

I have a special little pan that I use just for heating the milk. Milk, I say, NOT water!
My family can tell it is winter when they see that pan, the crockpot, and the breadmaker out on the counter.
I like Ghiridellis (sp) and a good book.
Fear is temporary...Regret is forever.
