One of my Amex cards is about to expire and I was scared to death that I had thrown away the new card by accident.  When I called them this morning they assured me that they had mailed it out this morning.  They also agreed to stop sending me the zillion pieces of junk mail that offers me stuff I already have and confuses the crap out of me when waiting for a new card.
