There's an apartment house near here with a HUGE banner that says "If you lived here you'd be home now."

Could be worse.  One of our jails has a sign that says,"If you'd committed a crime you'd be home by now."  Somehow convenient living was never anyone's motivation for breaking the law.

While vacationing in Richmond, VA, my husband and I were strolling along a river walk (right in front of the Dominion building, where there's that footbridge underneath the big traffic-bearing bridge, for those Richmonders). We saw a sign that said essentially "Welcome to RiverWalk Park! No recreating." I have a picture of it; I'll have to dig it out and find the exact wording, but that was the overall theme. Here's your park - now don't use it.
