I prefer "Ms" as well, just because it's nobody's business if I'm married, "Mrs." does not apply to me, and "Miss" would seem to imply that I'm 16 or something (it seems to be one of those sorta anachronistic prefixes, kind of like "Master."  Does anybody really use it anymore, except maybe in formal situations when addressing a 5-year-old?).
