I'm really hoping that DH finds a better software and can put it back up soon.  I'm so not looking forward to having to actually pick a baby name from our choices.  If he can't get it fixed - I might just draw from a hat or something.  I'm really bummed that one person wound up invalidating everyone's votes, because we had such an awesome voter turnout and it was really exciting.

Thanks so much and I will let you guys know when it's up again.  I just can't wait for DH to be done with his job interview today.  (I really hope it goes well too!)  He found some promising software for polls he wants to start playing with today.  Thank you all for being so understanding.  I'm just so bummed that one person managed to ruin it for the group - oh well it happens.

OT:::

mrsbrandt They were kind of like Nancy Drew books but lots more fun and slightly more realistic.  They took place mainly in NY/Tarrytown/White Plains area but in later books Trixie and her friends traveled all over the country solving mysteries and helping others.  I believe they started in the 1960's and ended in the 70's or early 80's.  They were great books though with fantastic girl role models.

Were they the ones where the girls went to a school called Starhurst? If so, I remember having a few of those passed down to me ... in one of them their "beloved Starhurst" caught fire, so the girls stayed with a classmate in Thailand and solved some mystery there.

Nope, they went to a regular high school, and it was a 50/50 mix of girls and boys.  Sounds interesting though.
