My cousin introduced me to Pims years ago with a yummy punch.....it had lots of fruit and was very summery.  Finally got my hands on Pims but, my cousin is gone now. :'( Can anyone suggest a recipe?  Thanks in advance!

There is one we made at a 'pommy' themed party

I had it bookmarked, how convenient

Pimms Cup

3 oz Pimm's No.1
1 twist of cucumber peel
1 slice lemon
few borage leaves
plenty of ice
fizzy lemonade
1 oz london dry or plymouth gin (optional)
1 ts Cointreau (optional)

Stir and serve in a half or one-pint glass mug, then sit back and
enjoy!

BTW - This gin and cointreau version of the 'pims cup' is more alcoholic (I think thats why we wanted to use it for that particular party!! ahh good times)

The simple and easy recipe I have used is

Pimmís Cup

2 oz Pimm's No.1
Ĺ oz Lime Juice
Top with lemonade
(or you could just say 1/4 Pimms, 3/4 Lemonade and a dash of lime juice)

oh, also Very Important - I'm not sure if you are in the U.S. but the lemonade referred to is the clear stuff.  Like sprite or I think U.S. has one called 7up.  I found this out the hard way, I got given yellow stuff when I asked for lemonade with scotch once when I was in the U.S.  (British like us aussies call clear sprite etc lemonade)
