ideas for a good thank you needed

  I am dealing with 2 kidney stones.  I have been off work for a whole week at my employers insistence.  My coworkers have been so caring and supportive.  I am a teacher so they have had to step in and do a lot for me. 

  I am feeling so grateful for their care.  I am trying to think of a fun/creative way to thank them.  Any ideas?

Teacher pizza party? :)

Breakfast (bagels or something similar)

Food basket in the lounge

Hard liquor? :)
