This made me feel good.

A guy was walking by my corner this morning.  He said he was walking to Themaindrag St, because no buses went directly there.  I asked him where he was going on that street.  He didn't understand the question, so he said "Wal-Mart" (all roads lead to Wal-Mart).   The way he was going would have gotten him there, but he would have had to back track.  I showed him a more direct route that saved him at least a half hour's walk in the cold.

He was happy, I was happy.

Good for you, I like helping people with directions and I'm always happy when I give them a better route. (I have been known to pull out maps and chart things for people when I worked in retail, and no it wasn't a gas station).

There's a WalMart in Hollywood?!?!?  I always thought the best part about LA was there were no WalMarts!
