My parents can be VERY cute!
For one - they refer to their alone time in the bedroom as a "date". So my dad might call and say, "I have a date with your mom tonight, so if so and so calls just tell them such and such and I'll call them back later."
And every night before my dad goes to bed, he gives my mom a hug. It's cute because he's so tall and mom's head is up under his chin. If I walk by when they do that I jokingly go "eeeeeeeew, parental mush!" and they both say "We're allowed to do this!". It's all in fun though

They also go out to breakfast(to a place called Norm's) together every Saturday morning to hang out with one of dad's pals. Then they go grocery shopping together.
I also remember after mom had her lumpectomy and got the dots tattooed on her to aim the radiation treatments, my dad kept teasing her by saying, "My wife has a tattoo on her boob!" and she'd reach over and punch his arm. And then when the treatments cooked a shingles infection into her nerve endings(because of an idiot doctor who didn't recognize them in time to give her antiviral medicine), my dad was the one who would try to rub lotion on the sore spots. He would also walk on her left side to sort of protect her from people hitting her during the time she was still sore from the surgery.
Like I said, my parents are really cute with each other. Mom often says that after almost 27 years of marriage to my dad, she falls for him more every day and she doesn't ever want to stop.
