Laundry Questions

(1/2) > >>

Chivewarrior:
While making a craft project, I got hot glue all over a skirt, which has since dried. Does that have any effect on the settings you would use to launder said skirt? (The ongoing battle with my laundry continues!)

aline:
Oops - I've done this myself. I was able to get it all off by first peeling off the bigger portions, and then using ice directly on the remaining small areas. Faussoni's right, do not dry the skirt before getting it all off or it may stain the skirt/ruin the dryer. Hope this helps!

Chivewarrior:
Oh, good, I'll do that, then. I'd get in a lot of trouble if I ruined the dorm dryer. We only have two.

I tend to be a bit klutzy, so if it can be spilled on something - I've done it! This is why I own very little white. :P

Same here. I also own very little that costs more than I'm willing to throw away after one wearing, for the same reason.
