Pasta and Casseroles

Auntie Venom's Famous Pizza Casserole
1 box Ronzoni SmartTaste Rotini, boiled in salted water
1 pound ground sausage (I like Jimmy Dean Sage, or Bob Evans)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
Garlic salt to taste
1/4 cup minced onion
1 jar Classico Tomato and Basil (or your favorite) spaghetti sauce
2 cans sliced black olives
1 can (7oz) sliced mushrooms
3 cups mozzarella shreds, divided
1 package Hormel turkey pepperoni
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown the sausage with the onion, garlic and seasonings. When thouroughly brown, pour into pot with cooked and drained pasta. Stir in spaghetti sauce, olives and mushrooms, toss to coat.
Pour half of mixture into a deep casserole dish, top with 1 and a 1/2 cups of cheese and slices of pepperoni to taste. Pour in other half and repeat. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
