LOL...I shouldn't confess this.

I dry my long pasta by opening all of the cupboard doors and draping the pasta over the top of the doors (covered by a clean towel, of course).  It looks like the pasta machine exploded when I'm done.   

My mom has a pasta drying rack that I covet...I've never found it's like anywhere.  She says she'll will it to me.  LOL
