Does anyone watch Clean House?

Have they gone overboard with the Niecy's "gifting" (nouns as verbs!  ACK! )?

It used to be one spectacular item, but now they're giving hardwood floors, carpeting and entire rooms of furniture.


Also, did you see the episode where the garage sale customer told Mark he needed a makeover?  He was wearing Italian jeans, a shirt from Tokyo and a bracelet from Bali and quite frankly, was not amused.

By the way, if you read this, Niecy, come do my house!

I've heard of Clean Sweep but not Clean House.  Is it new?  I'll have to check it out.  If they are clering clutter I like to watch those programs hoping that it may inspire me.

I LOVE Clean House!!  My mom wants to name her future dog Nicey cuz she likes her so much!

We LOVE the episode with the crazy lady. You probably know which one I mean, right?

But yeah the gifting... I was just saying to my mom the other day that it sucks for the people in the early episodes who didn't get gifts and actually had to make do with their yard sale items.  But now people get the works! 

My theory is, since the show has become rather popular and is seen by so many people, companies want to get their name out so they gift their items but it also works as product placement advertisement for them. They ALWAYS make sure to say the name of the gifting company.

What channel carries this show? I am familiar with Clean Sweep and How Clean is Your House? and neat with that nice Canadian organizer Hellen. This one I am not familiar with, but it sounds like something I would like!

Is the crazy lady episode the one where the homeowner hated the results?  I just caught the end of it.  It was on one of those "worst moments of TV" shows. Alas, I just caught the end of that too.

By the way, speaking of Niecy Nash, Cop said he had seen Reno 911.  He has to go to the training academy a couple times a year and they showed it there.   I guess they were killing time.
