Ok, so what's this one?  I've been trying to figure it out for a while now.

I don't know that one.  I think there is someone that uses that specifically for their companion.

It couldn't be that, or it'd say something like, "my boyfriend, BK" or "my fiance, BK".  All it says is BK, so it must be an actual abbreviation.

As near as I can tell, GirlyJock is the only one who uses it, and it's her way of referring to her fiance.  It probably stands for something specific for them, but it's not a universal one.  Although every time I see it, I start craving a Whopper... :D

I thought BK was Girlyjock's way of referring to her fiance... not a widely used internet abbreviation.

This one isn't in the list...but I assume that "SS" means "Special Snowflake"? I took it to refer to someone with whom you have a "special" relationship, but couldn't quite figure out what the letters stood for!

A "Special Snowflake" is not necessarily someone with whom you have a "special" relationship; It means someone who thinks they are "special."

I'm adding this one, because someone just asked me what it meant.  And, I realized that it could be confusing for a new person!

Sometimes, we'll quote something someone above us says and then we'll write "This" as our comment.

The "this" isn't an abbreviation for anything; it's truly the word "this."  Or, in other words, POD*. :)

Just saw this one today...GCF?? The context was "we ignore GCF posts"...it sounded like a "good-bye cruel world, you're just too mean to me" post.

Wait...Good-bye Cruel Forum maybe?

I've seen the 'coke rule' mentioned but can't fin a definition. Although I'm not sure I'd its specific to one poster.

The Coke Rule was created by Scritzy, so we tend to call it "Scritzy's Coke Rule."  It goes as follows:

1.      If a post annoys me, count to ten before replying.
2.      If a post angers me, count to a hundred.
3.      If a post infuriates me, shut down the computer and drink Coke.
I'm away from sanity right now...please leave a message after the beep.
