Mmmmmm Dr Pepper. Even better is dandlion and burdock. Do you even have that in the states? Your missing out if you don't.

bacon fed knave is what shows up in place of an objectionable word - I'm actually not sure which one it replaces though.

It is usually used as Letter Writer - someone who has written in to Ehell or Dear Abby and we are discussing their letter.

Letter writer. It's usually used when quoting Dear Abby or Ask Amy.
