Web site updated

I just finished updating the EtiquetteHell.com web site with what I think is a little more than 600 new stories.  The "Bridezilla" category had some interesting new stories and I went on a more than usual rant in the Faux Pas of the Year category. 

As usual, if you catch any link errors or boo boos, let me know.

Already enjoying it immensely.  And can I say how much fun I'm having seeing some of our favorite characters get their due on the site as well as here?  Just finished rereading the Saga of Richie, and I remember how much we all wished him well when it happened.  Any chance we could find out how the dear boy is doing now?

I submitted some stories that never made it-they may have gotten lost somewhere.

Are you sure they didn't make it in the previous update?  Also, when we switched to the new server and updated the email program at the same time, I suspect I lost emails because the number of submissions was significantly lower than in previous updates.  The old email address for submissions was so overwhelmed with spam that I also have no doubt I inadvertantly deleted viable story submissions trying to clean up the In Box.

A couple of mine made it into the update before this one, but I submitted at least two that didn't make it into that one or this new one.  I think I submitted one after the previous one came out.

I still have copies of the E-mail I sent, so I'll look those up.

During this entire update process, I kept mentally fretting thinking, "I just know I'm missing stories.  Where would they be?"

The good news is that my tech support, i.e. my DH, re-organized all my email addresses into a more cogent, organized system.  I can't explain what he did but it works great!  So, hopefully no more mis-directed emails.

Thank you!  I love reading the stories and have started on them.  I can't finish them right away, because the way my job works, even if I get a computer at work, it won't go to the website, all it does is say I'm not authorized to view that page.  Oh well, I always know I have some good reading when I get home from work to relax.  My daughter loves to read them too and says she will know what NOT to do when she gets married.

I had to tear myself away from the update long enough to say Thank You to Miss Jeanne.  I love seeing the little red notes, especially when the writer of the story gets hoist by their own petard, as my gran would say.
