I had to tear myself away from the update long enough to say Thank You to Miss Jeanne.  I love seeing the little red notes, especially when the writer of the story gets hoist by their own petard, as my gran would say.

I want to thank Ehelldame too...those asides are awesome, especially the rotisserie.

My wedding story made it!  It's under Wicked Witches, about 3/4 of the way down and the opening paragraph is as follows:

We JUST got married and people keep telling me I need to write this stuff down, so...   Let me preface this by saying that there are two things at a wedding I knew I couldn't control:  the weather, and other people's behavior.  The weather was perfect.   I think we can safely say that my MIL's side of the family (as well as a couple of others) lacks social graces.  Here are the highlights.

Thanks!  It was Sept 30 in Stowe, VT against the foliage, and it literally rained all day on Friday and all day on Sunday.  Not sure how we slipped that one in!
