If I were an evil bride planning my upcoming wedding, I'd send that pic to my bridesmaids and gush about how excited I am that I've found the perfect dress for them, just to enjoy their horrified reactions.  I'm plenty evil enough, but I'm already married... darn.

the worst part is that someone out there will think that this looks GOOD and will buy it.

Well, certainly not with red stockings! What on earth was she thinking?  ;D

I would possible wear that to a music fesival where costuming is a little more common.

I'm picturing a Phish concert.  Considering the concert goers, you might become more entertaining than the band!

I wonder if this is her dog:

:snort:

This is animal cruelty.  Someone should report whatever idiot did this.  That poor, poor poodle.  How embarrassing.  My standard poodle would never have stood for that humiliation.

I showed this to my BF.  He immediately suggested holding her by the ankles and cleaning the blinds.   >:D

Sweet innocent me would, of course, never suggest such a thing.   ;D

of course this "dye job" could have all been done in the computer.  Something about the way the yellow looks on the pups feet feels "wrong"

I don't think it's animal cruelty if the dog isn't harmed by the dye.  After all, you can shave all the hair off and let it grow back naturally after whatever it is that calls for a neon poodle.

Besides, there are people who do this kind of thing for a living...  I've seen a couple shows on it on Animal Planet here and there.  Odd, yes, but IMO (and I'm a HUGE dog-rights advocate) as long as the dog isn't harmed physically and emotionally (i.e. like the emotional scars that come from being raised in a puppy mill or chained to a tree for 10 years) it's something that doesn't hugely bother me.  There's worse out there... far worse.

And yes, it could have been done (and done well, because I can't tell and I Photoshop for a living) on the computer.

Edit:  AHHH!!  Sorry for the thread hijack!!  And now back to your regularly scheduled programming.  Brought to you by Technicolor.

Edit to move my edit, LOL!

If I even thought about trying this with my cat, she would find a way to end me!

Sorry, I didn't mean it was actually animal cruelty.  I was trying to be funny.  Apparently tone is sometimes hard to convey - who knew?   ;)  I was just picturing the look on my standard poodle's face if someone had done that to her.  I'm not sure she would've deigned to come outside the house until she figured out a way to either (1) dye us to match or (2) shave it off herself.

Hahaha ok!  I'm not one to prmote *actual* animal cruelty, so yea.

And FWIW, my dog would prob sit there with her head hung low and sigh.  Twice... doubling the loudness and length the second time.  And then, when you start laughing, she'd get mad and start getting bitey, LOL!  She doesn't like being made fun of.

Dogs rock, lol.

And that rainbow haired guy freaks me OUT!  EEK!!

(edit to fix what went where)
