We buy the chicken sausage sold at Sam's club in a three pound pack. The brand is Artisan Fresh.

For this, I'm using Johnsonville Cajun style chicken sausage.  I've also use their chipolte one in a Mexican stew I make.

 I'm not real fond of any of the chicken and apple products on the market.

I either get the sun-dried tomatoes and smoked mozzarella version or the three cheese version.
