What's for Dinner?

Breakfast for dinner- French toast with honey butter and maple syrup, turkey sausage.

Made a cottage pie tonight. Pistachio gelato for dessert.

We had some really good Chinese food. General's Chicken, Beef & onions 7 fried rice.

I created a potato-leek-asparagus soup that wasn't as vibrant as it should have been -- I thought I could get away with water instead of broth, but it didn't quite sparkle like my soups usually do.
Last night, refried beans with tomatoes and green chilies in tacos, and cilantro-lemon rice.
