Sunday night: tres amigos enchiladas. Fillings: Turkey breast, beef & pork, queso fresco, sharp cheddar. Sauces: Sour cream, Chipotle red, green. We also had black beans and yellow rice.
Monday: DH's famous homemade tortillas, made into tacos and pizzas, with warm tortillas drizzled with honey for dessert.
Tonight: Chicken soup and grilled cheese sandwiches.
