I had a BLT and fries at a diner-style chain restaurant prior to seeing Thor.

My local grocery store has a surprisingly good Chinese and Indian hot bar beside the salad bar. I topped a bed of spinach with stir fried veggies, peas and paneer, saag and channa masala.

I love Indian food, and nothing good near my house ..... soooo jealous !

POD to the request for the meatloaf recipe.

I just had a spinach salad, with pomegranate arils and carmelized pears, onions, and garlic.  I made a lemon-honey-balsamic dressing for it.  It was amazing and, probably thanks to the pomegranate arils, more filling than I expected.

I've always wondered what pomegranate arils taste like

Meatloaf recipe is on it's way to the recipe thread.  Be prepared.  It's a kit bash.

Frittata with ham and provelone cheese.

I'm baking a home made apple pie. It's my first time trying Arkansas black apples.  Used a new crust recipe, so we will see.
