Pork roast with Marsala mushroom sauce, risotto and braised cabbage. My cake won't release from the pan (I did everything right!  ???), so we are having dump cake with raspberry whipped cream and fresh strawberries. I put a bottle of wine in the fridge for our dinner.  :)

no... but does having three types of cheese and being covered with homemade buttery breadcrumbs make up for it?

Only if you invite me to dinner. I'll bring a salad.

Pizza at our favorite place.

Tomorrow, DH is smoking his homemade bacon and we are having ribs with coleslaw and macaroni and cheese.

Rogan josh curry sauce on tempeh and broccoli. Still more leftover couscous.

Bourbon and cola (my Valentine's gift to my husband--plenty to share).

Lunch was salad, mushroom and sausage pizza and triple chocolate mousse cake (layers of white, milk and dark chocolate on dark chocolate cake.)

Dinner was cereal and applesauce.

Absolutely.

I had some Trader Joe's frozen scallops in a cream sauce with mushrooms and peas and a nice BIG glass of wine. I'm contemplating diving into my Valentine's chocolates from my mother that I haven't opened yet.
