Tonight, i'm taking leftover pasta and making an italian pasta-egg-sage scramble with it (with fresh tomato, onion, and garlic). It's a savory breakfast-for-dinner kind of thing! It might sound weird, but it really is delicious!

I made blueberry-banana pancakes tonight because I'm lazy. Tomorrow night we're gonna have spicy potato pancakes. Which is...less lazy...somehow. Hi, I love pancakes of all varieties and am compelled to mention that I registered for the forum based on my desire to share that with strangers!  ;D

I love cottage cheese pancakes, myself.

And welcome!

Dinner tonight will probably be something eggy since I work out after I get home and eggs are fast.

Five things observe with care,
To whom you speak,
Of whom you speak,
And how, and when, and where.

Tonight I think I'll be having a homemade turkey pot pie.  Unless I get lazy and have pizza instead.

Last night was steak, red quinoa and sauteed cabbage.

Tonight will be braised chuck steak in tomatoes and red wine, served with polenta and salad.

Tacos, as usual (or so it feels, lately!): black beans, sauteed onions and spinach in whole wheat tortillas with salsa.

Last night - DH made a very lovely pasta alfredo with shrimp and green peas ...

TOnight we are having venezuelean food ... arepas .. ( stuffed corn cakes ) .  A shrimp one and a grilled pork one for me.  Dh has chicken salad and grilled steak.  We get them from a great little Mom n Pop restaurant.

I love arepas!

I am sick, so my revised dinner is chicken soup, hot tea and sorbet.

Spinach artichoke dip, pita chips, carrot sticks, and a slice of pineapple. White wine. I'm working at a charity auction gala, and that's what we've got.
