Crockpot jambalaya, although it's going to have to be finished on the stovetop b/c there's not enough room for both the rice and the shrimp

Last night was the Father's day feast. Jonah crab claws, shrimp, ribeye steaks with Marsala mushrooms, potato and onion hash with Cheddar cheese and apple cobbler with whipped cream for dessert.

Tonight is roasted chicken and mushrooms over rice with brie, fruit and crackers.

I'm having a solo dinner, so French toast with peanut butter and sausage links.

I made DH's favorite yesterday for Father's Day: beef stew.  But my dd's also made hearty side dishes for their dad, so we have a lot of leftovers.  I am thinking about taking the beef stew meat and making beef sandwiches for tonight and a potato salad with the leftover fruit salad.

This evening we had steamed squash, potatoes, carrots and corn on the dob.  We had it with butter, extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan cheese.  It was so good!
I've never knitted anything I could recognize when it was finished.  Actually, I've never finished anything, much to my family's relief.

I had cereal with a sliced banana.

Tonight is thick cut pork chops, mushrooms, sour cream/chive/Cheddar mashed potatoes and whatever vegetables we have.

I made kofta-style pork meatballs.  I also have apricot-glazed chicken and green beans for later...
