If everything works out, vegetable pakoras and paneer pakoras, saag paneer, and naan. This is my first time making paneer or pakoras though, and of the 2 times I've made naan once was a rousing success and once was, well, not. Fingers crossed...

Pork roast, roasted petite potatoes, onion and vegetables. My new favorite summer dessert: organic vanilla bean ice cream topped with Morello cherries and dark chocolate sauce.

So stinking hot today.
It is Cobb Salad and warmed naan bread.  Most everything is already cooked.  Just need to cut up stuff and use the stovetop griddle to warm the naan.

We had chicken salad too last night.  My DH makes a very odd but good chicken salad.  It had chicken breast, eggs, cheese, red grapes and mandarin oranges in it.  I know it sounds weird but it's great.  We ate it on crackers.

^Except for the cheese, a local restaurant makes one very similar.

Pork roast and vegetables tonight with a salad.

Frozen Amy's roasted veggie pizza. We didn't get done grocery shopping until too late. :(
