I'll be grilling Pork and Bacon burgers and hubby is picking up some potato salad.
Probably going to get some corn.  (It's already cooked, just going to get it off the cob.)

I have orange ginger chicken breasts and some greens I'm going to wilt.  Now I just have to decide if I want quinoa or wild rice

White eggplant satueed with red bell peppers and then baked with my made-from-scratch spaghetti sauce.  Not as vegetarian as it sounds, as this batch of tomato sauce included some sausage.

Date night last night. We had steak and pasta.

Tonight is a beef chuck roast with potatoes and onions, caramelized brussels sprouts and bacon.

Pizza from one of the smaller franchises. (Personally, I think my husband makes better pizza, but my parents are hosting, so there you go.) There will undoubtedly be ice cream to follow.

Made chicken salad for the guys.  I had flax crackers (home made) with almond butter and banana slices.

Veggie burger and white wine for a "barbecue" for "student leaders."
