Breakfast. Hash with radishes, mushrooms, onions, smoked pork, and topped with eggs.

Just walked over the hill through knee-deep snow (because easier and better exercise than taking the car out on snow-covered roads) to my butchers, and brought back some of the pork and apple sausages they make themselves. They're not very appley - if they were my DH wouldn't eat them as he hates all fruit - but the apple gives moisture and just a touch of fruity sweetness. The best sausages I have ever tasted. Grill and serve up with waxy potatoes roughly-mashed with plenty of butter and some chopped parsley and shallots - that's what all English angels eat in heaven.

Chicken tenders, carrot slices and potato cubes, all tossed with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, thyme, oregano, and garlic, and roasted in one big pan.

Enchiladas verdes, refritos, "Sweet Heat" corn with jalapenos (a lovely local product), Mexican-style rice, and triple chocolate mint pie (I made two for Pi(e) Day, and the one that didn't go to work with me stayed home today, patiently waiting).

I cooked tonight. I made meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, and baked acorn squash.

I have already cooked the potatoes for potato salad for tomorrow. I'll make sloppy Joes, and a carrot and raisin salad, and call it good.
