Still eating Thanksgiving leftovers.  I had wonderful cream of potato soup for lunch today though - I've been waiting for the cook at work to decide that she wanted to make it for a month :)

We went to a fancy Mexican restaurant, where I had a torta de hongos -- fluffy bread, marinated mushrooms, onions and red pepper, cheese and guacamole -- and shared a fluffy, mousse-y Mexican chocolate cake with mocha whipped cream with the birthday girl.

Cider gravy Beef Stew with parsnips and carrots, mashed potatoes, homemade applesauce and sauteed swiis ( XMAS Tree )  chard.  Also egg noodles for DS15 who can't digest potatoes.
