Hashbrown potato casserole (also known as Funeral Potatoes to those of you from Utah)

Hot dogs. I'm lazy tonight.

Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and custard with raspberries for dessert.

DS is making smothered steak with mashed potatoes. Makes up for his teenage hormone moments.  ;)

Sushi and Chinese buffet. I watched a TV show where they ate sushi today (not at all central to the plot) and suddenly I had to have some. So out we go.

Big shell pasta with fresh tomatoes, chickpeas, olives and cucumber. Seasoned with a bit of chili paste and garlic.

Last night was cereal. Tonight- well, I have two office parties today, so who knows if I'll even want to eat. Maybe yogurt and fruit.

Either a burrito or chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. Either way it'll be easy, not very healthy and made by DH.

Just finished a large steamed artichoke (plain, no melted butter) and a thin broiled steak that was seasoned with cardamon, cinnamon, orange peel, salt, and pepper. Easy, quick, and good.

Reheating what was amazing shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, except that I was a bit piggy last night and ate all the shrimp out of it, so I will be adding bacon crumbles to it for protein.  Kind of turns it into a carbonara :)
