Beef stew that I doctored up. I reduced the amount of meat, added 1.5 lbs of mushrooms, 2 cups of Cabernet and turned on a crock pot. We've been hanging Christmas lights today, so we needed a meal we didn't need to keep an eye on.

After shopping, a friend and I stopped at a grill with lots of vegetarian options. I had a mock grilled Cajun chicken sandwich with french fries.

The original plan was roast chicken. After 2 hours in a 425 oven, I'm still not sure it's cooked all the way, so I cut the meat off and froze it, figuring I'll turn it into chicken soup down the line. So, I think I'm hitting the local Jewish deli tonight.

Wine marinated pork cutlets in a sweet spicy sauce, with steamed greens. Trying a new recipe so I hope it works out  :)

I was planning something with chicken, but DH's car has been acting up so I have to go get him at work at 6 PM. I'm tempted to get fast food, but if we don't it'll be something easy, like chicken nuggets, green beans and boxed shells and white cheddar.

We are celebrating 12-12-12 day and creating a very fattening unhealthy dinner.  But it is a menu for 4.

1 doz ebelskivers
2 doz tamales
3 doz buffalo wings

We are going out tonight for our annual tradition of pizza, Christmas light gazing at a local Christmas Village, then hot chocolate and pie. With DS old enough (I hope) to really enjoy it tonight, I am SO excited!  ;D

Probably hitting the deli tonight- I didn't on Monday because I was too tired. I had eggs and toast.
