I made a roasted vegetable lasagna for me, and pork ribs for the husband.  He also made sauteed mushrooms.

Then, I made champagne cupcakes, but I forgot to switch the over from broil to bake!  So, I realized the mistake the smoke was billowing out of the oven.  I managed to salvage the cupcakes by cooling them off in the fridge and then cutting the tops off.  The cupcakes were actually fine.  I stacked two halves together and frosted them, but they look pretty stupid.

Sadly, I can't even blame being tipsy for this accident, it was just me being forgetful.  The cupcakes taste fine, so that's at least good.

We had baked pasta (with meat, mozzarella, and tomatoes). Later on, we're having a Mrs. Prindables apple covered with caramel, chocolate chips, and salted toffee. Yum!

Steak, shrimp, chicken and vegetable stir-fry with brown rice. I might pick up pot stickers to have with it.
