Chili and cornbread muffins. We had cheese, sour cream, avocado and crackers to go in the chili.

Chicken sausage and tortellini soup. I even made bread to go with it. I never get the time to make bread. I'm so proud!  ;D

I'm having homemade bread with my soup too! First time I've made it, so we'll see how turns out.

I see a few of you have chicken sausage.  I have never tried it.  Is there a "best" brand?

We buy the chicken sausage sold at Sam's club in a three pound pack. The brand is Artisan Fresh.

For this, I'm using Johnsonville Cajun style chicken sausage.  I've also use their chipolte one in a Mexican stew I make.

I'm not real fond of any of the chicken and apple products on the market.
