Leftover slow-cooked brisket and homemade BBQ sauce with pickles on white bread.  Coleslaw on the side.

Them's good eats.  *burp*  ;D

Sloppy joes with something. It was supposed to be homemade french fries, but I'm not really up for the amount of work that goes into them. I have some leftover spaghetti noodles, so I might try to make some sesame noodles for me. The boys will eat them with butter and Parmesan. Not sure what vegetable yet.

DS didn't ever boil the soup, so bean soup will be for lunch tomorrow.

I think we are going out for grilled chicken wings at our local place. Yum.

I had fancy mixed lettuce topped with hard boiled egg and blood orange vinaigrette, a glass of rose and a few chocolates.

Crock pot beef stew, challah and a kiwi for dessert.

To whom you speak,
Of whom you speak,
And how, and when, and where.

Brown rice pasta with Italian sausage and marinara, topped with fresh mozzarella. Salad and bread on the side.

Last night I made some amazing chicken parmigiana (sorry to toot my own horn, but DH isn't here to tell you how great it was so someone must :P).

Tonight, I'm making greek salad with some leftover rotisserie chicken. I've been craving cucumber lately!

For tonight, it's going to be my original homemade Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken/Onion Pizza and a green salad plus steamed artichoke. Yup, I'm looking forward to it.

Going back to low carb after a year of pregnancy and a year of nursing, so we went out for Chinese and sushi.

That sounds good!

We had grilled salmon, roasted asparagus, salad, and quinoa. I heated the spices in oil before making the marinade, and the flavor was so rich! Will definitely remember that trick later.
