Pork kabobs. My family has not noticed I've cut back on how much meat we eat since I've started doing skewers more often. Tonight, we have 2 oz of pork loin skewered with potatoes, onion, and asparagus (was hoping to add apple, but someone ate the last of our apples). Add a regular tossed salad to our plates, and dinner is served!

The lentils were cooked with tomato, onion and lots of spices and are making a great third meal for lunch today.

I made veggie sausage (leftover from a generous meat-eating friend's party) and a cucumber and avocado salad.

Pizza with garlic Alfredo sauce, canadian bacon, ham, salami, pepperoni, fresh garlic, green onions, mozzarella, cheddar and roasted whole garlic cloves.  (Can you tell I love garlic?)  It was beyond delicious!

They were delicious. I ate mine as nachos.  ;D

Tonight, I am craving panko-crusted shrimp with rice, broccoli, asparagus and tomatoes.

I went to a wine tasting fundraiser with girlfriends, where we munched on cheese & crackers, spanikopita, veggies, fruit, pizza, asparagus quesadillas and a whole variety of desserts. Then we went out and split a tofu burger and portabella burger with sweet potato fries. Also a lot of wine.
