Had our pomegranate steak dinner tonight. It was so good! I even tried to make a fancy presentation (except I don't have fancy plates). It was still far more impressive than my usual meals.
Brie with mushrooms and arugula on olive oil flat bread, white wine and a naga bar for dessert.
I'll admit I didn't cook a thing. I bought everything at Central Market. I may finish the Naga bar with my morning coffee. And mushroom studded Brie is very tasty.
Mongolian Hot Pot with lamb, chicken, vegetables, a soup with cellophane noodles at the end and Tahitian Vanilla gelato for dessert. Gotta get us some berries to go with it.
