Yesterday was Amy's mac and cheese, salad, a hot roll, a pear and a frozen mango bar.

Today is probably eggs, salad, toast and fruit.
If wisdom’s ways you wisely seek,
Five things observe with care,
To whom you speak,
Of whom you speak,
And how, and when, and where.

Tonight is chicken enchilada skillet and salad, which should engender enough leftovers for DH to tide him over tomorrow while I am out of town.

Fake beef tips cooked in a mix of the mushroom soup from above, some butter and red wine (cooked off mostly). With spinach and rotini. And a glass of the same red.

Fake chicken and peas and roasted sliced sweet potatoes with Indian spices. Split a red velvet cupcake,  too.
