I find that I want very little for dinner with the heat (and it's only May!). Some cold watermelon and a tall glass of cold milk is what I have had for the last two nights. It's a good thing I eat well for lunch because I simply have little interest in food at night right now.

Tonight will be slow-scrambled eggs with chives, a hot roll, pineapple and some fresh strawberries from the farmer's market. I froze the rest of them already.

bacon wrapped deep fried hot dogs with a bit of chili sauce and a homemade cheese sauce and a smidge of onions. I also had home made french fries smothered in cheese sauce. I am not ashamed, though I can feel my arteries clogging as we speak.

Yesterday was a Greek-esque salad: greens with cabbage, peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, parsley, feta and a big blob of hummus. Then a friend twisted my arm and made me go to Pinkberry where I had chocolate hazelnut fro-yo with strawberries, kiwis & mango.

Last night I picked up food from the nearest taqueria: veggie tacos, black beans & rice, chips and loads of pico de gallo.

Last night was two fresh salmon patties (from Whole Foods), a watermelon/tomato salad, and an ear of corn. Tonight will be tacos made with soy "ground meat" and more corn.
