Saturday I had London broil, tomato and watercress salad, prosecco and birthday cake- chocolate mousse cake from Whole Foods. I ended with farmer's market strawberries.
Sunday was scrambled eggs with salmon, a hot roll, scones with clotted cream and Earl Grey tea and strawberries.
Tonight is either eggs in some form or cheese with salad and English muffins, the last of the clotted cream and the last of my strawberries. I froze the rest.
