A small brag, but my DH has dropped 21 lbs since going gluten free three weeks ago!

Beef roast in a tomato sauce, brown rice pasta and salad.

I had leftover onion soup and toast. And then I made a strawberry-apple crisp, which I am far, far more excited about.

Last night's dinner ended up being bacon, eggs, fruit and a giant tomato.

Stuffed chicken breasts and pasta. And a few glasses of vino, seeing as it's the weekend! ;-)

Homemade pizza on the grill.  Garlic, onion, and green pepper, since it's Friday.

OK, maybe some wine too :-).

I'm going to The Gathering and gorging on food truck food.

...and maybe some wine as well.  It's Wine-o-clock somewhere

CRUD MONKEYS! - I just had a brainstorm!  Or brief spring shower - with me you never can tell. :D

On my BLT, instead of using mayo on the bread, I'm thinking Ranch Dressing! My husband just looks at me and nods like I'm insane, but I think it could be good!! :D

I assure you and your skeptical husband that it's quite delicious!

Going to a friend's birthday party tonight. I hope real food is provided (starts at 7:00), but I'll probably have a PB&J to tide me over first.

And,

Why didn't I think of that yesterday, when we had BLTs?!? That sounds amazing!

I bet it is!  I use creamy caesar salad dressing in my tuna salad rather than mayo.  Yummy!
