FFIL is coming for dinner.  I'm making steaks, rice, salad, and pico de gallo.  Dessert will be vanilla ice cream in waffle bowls...yum.

Can I come over please? I am just down the road :)

I'm having salmon tonight with a side of beets, kale, and corn/yam salad! I am craving some chocolate mousse but I don't have anything to make mousse with :(

Is no one eating dinner tonight?

Ha.

I am making Lemon Angel Hair pasta very soon.
(Olive oil - lemon juice - white wine - garlic sauce, with chopped tomato, broccoli and basil.)

I just took out some chicken broth to thaw some, and I'm making vegetable rice soup with biscuits and cheese for dinner tonight.

I didn't have supper tonight. I suppose I should. I went in to work around 3:30 to train a new girl, and I came home around 6:30-ish. Mr. F had already fed the kids and they were taking their baths, so it's just me who hasn't eaten.

They made peanut butter cookies as an after school treat for the last day of school, so I did have two of those.

(Hmmm...breakfast was a bowl of cereal. Lunch was a cheeseburger from McDonald's and a handful of my husband's fries. Afternoon snack was two peanut butter cookies and a latte. Perhaps I should make myself a big, healthful garden salad!)

I guessed correctly we had turkey sandwhiches and a mixed green salad with balasamic last night :)

It was pretty good on such a hot and humid day actually!

....or maybe I'll make lentil soup and homemade bread. That sounds good too.

Last night I wound up making chicken saltimbocca, mushroom rice, and peas. It was delish! I ate the leftovers for breakfast :D

Tonight, we're going out for dinner. I've been homebound the past few days and I am stir-crazy. We'll probably have tapas and lots of sangria.

I didn't make stromboli or lentil soup last night. What I actually made was beef stew and fresh, warm oat dinner rolls (a recipe I'd never tried before...so GOOD).

I made a perfectly awful Enchilada Casserole last night. I don't know what I did wrong, but I don't think I'll be trying that again for quite some time (and I've made it before, too)!!

I believe I'll be getting dinner out tonight to make up for it.

Last night we have Curry couscous with chicken, peas, corn, and broccoli.

Ahhh using up veggies before they go bad, so glorious. Its also my lunch today.

Tonight is our dance lesson and we'll probably have dinner at the bar it takes place.

I think I'm going to have a club sandwhich, I have a hankering. :)
