Wind chimes (although we haven't heard much about that one lately)

Is it ok to feed/ask your neighbor not to feed wild animals (deer, raccoons, etc)

ETA - Is it ever ok to "steal" an animal.

Really? I've never seen a heated thread about this- usually people agree that it's OK to ignore, don't they?

It usually comes up in telemarketer/political/otherwise unwanted phone call threads.  I've seen at least one poster insist in each that they can't/won't get Caller ID, but that they also must answer each incoming call because they don't want to miss an emergency.
