One other thing to think about:  I also had a "bed buddy" that worked wonders for me, but the problem was my furbabies loved it too, to the point that they would attack it while I was using it.  The end of the bed buddy was when they chewed it to bits one day while I was at work.  Something about the baking bread smell and cats I suppose, or the noise it made.   You may want to warn anyone that you give it to to watch out for ravenous furbabies while using the Moonbunny product!!   ;D

Will that do?  ;D

PS:  Rather OT, but I love the Sailor Moon-esque screenname!  Fellow Sailor Moon junkie here!   ;D

I love stuff like that.  A friend of mine once gave me slippers designed to heated up in the microwave.  I LOVE them!

Better than rice, flax seeds!  Also, throw some dried lavendar in, it produces such a nice scent.

I've actually gotten one of these as a gift before, and I didn't think that it was strange at all.  The girl just put a little note with it that said it was for "those little situations that stress all of us out" and then explained how to use it.

FYI, these are also great for menstral cramps.  Amazing!  I love mine!  :D

I thought this was a great gift idea and couldn't help thinking of a note to attach with it.

The Odd Sock

Everything has its use
And I just found mine.
I was sad when my partner left
And I was left behind.
I started my life anew
and added seeds and scents.
Before, I warmed your feet
Now I warm your back and neck.

Add user instructions and warning.

One that I discovered on the rice bags is to only fill it only about 2/3rds.  Anymore than that made it too hard.  Also, make a double layer of cloth for the bag and use good quality cotton or ******* blend material.  You could use your sock as a "pillowcase" for it and remove it to wash.

On a related note, cut a strip of material about 3 -4 inches wide by width of door or window.  Fill with rice or beans, sew or knot each end and it can be used as a draft blocker for door or window.   Don't use minute rice, not heavy enough.

Try to find wool or cotton socks - polyester or nylon won't react well to being microwaved over the long run.............

I have also seen hot pads made with the rice and essential oils - when you put the hot pan on there - the SMELL permeates the area.............think clove, cinnamon, or other spices.

There is supposed to be a "jasmine" rice that naturally smells better than PLAIN old white rice.  But I haven't gotten my hands on any - so I can't swear to it.

The rice can also be frozen if you need to put a cold pack on your head due to a headache.

And it can be shaped to stay on your head so that you don't have to physically hold it in place.......

Let sleeping dragons be.......morning breath......need I say more?

My DH buys this stuff all the time, but I have only seen it in boil in bag packaging.  Anyway, it does smell really great cooking, so why not try it?
